Finally~I can have a little break this week...A trip to Jioufen!
I was worn out when preparing for my baggage at night because I got hurt in the morning and I had to work in the afternoon on that day.
(p.s I got hurt when practiced riding autobike.It was so stupid of me.:P)
Although it's just an one night stay trip ,but it took me a lot of time preparing for my baggage ,for that I'm afraid I will forget something important if I do that randomly.When I was donme with it,it was almost 2 a.m. in the early morning.
Day 1:
On the next day, I got up early.Having my breakfast,then I set off.
I was stuck in a traffic jam on my way to church.I think it was because there was an exam or something like that in NCCU.So many people there.When I got to the church,it was nearly 8 o'clock.When everyone was ready...Let's go to Jioufen!
Our tour guide was....Janet!But she was not that enthusiastic though.lol...
We had to take bus to Jioufen at JungXiaoFuXin Station.We spent half and an hour taking the bus...I kept dozing off on the bus....
Linda had arrived there before us.Pretty fast!We got there around 11 a.m.We waited for our..."leaders" in a pavilian with good view to the Pacific Ocean.

Later,we dicided to have our lunch.We had "fish ball soup" in a store.um...the store was special because their wall is all posted with the photos of the hostess....As for the food?Not bad!Have you tasted shark?I haven't,so I can't tell you how it taste.lol...
Finishing our lunch,we went to the church which we are gonna stay for one night for putting our baggage.We had our photo taken in front of the church.
(There were ten people in this trip, inlcuding the new born baby!although Linda left at the first day.:P)
After taking a rest in our room,we went to Jioufen old street for the afternoon tea.haha...Of course we didn't have "tea".Instead,we had their specialty~~taro ball ice!!! I ordered mung bean (綠豆)and adsuki bean(紅豆) flavor.The place we had taro ball has a perfect view as well.Enjoying food and good scenery at the same time is the best thing in the world!You can tell that from Janet's face!(Please put that pic in front of the store.It's really helpful for promoting their food!)
Finishing our dessert,we went for a walk along the street,feeling the nostalgic buildings.The history of Jioufen can date back to Japanese ruled times.So you can find many things with Japanese style here.Gold mines~We even saw a tunnel there.It was used to ...go down to the ground!lol...
Anyway,we walked around everywhere in Jioufen.Feeling a but tired,we backed to the church for a rest.Because we would make breakfast on our own,we bought some bread and eggs and a tuna can in the 7-11.
They played UNO while I was taking a shower.One hour later, we had dinner again.lol...This time,we had some meat ball.(是肉丸不是貢丸喔! It's hard to tell them apart in English.)I ate stinky tofu,too.(sigh,why did I have to do this?Having my town's specialty out there?)
In the evening,we had an activity ...We were singing! and sharing some personal introduction from the youth til now.
Everyone has got their own story no matter it's good or bad.It's your life.We spent hours talking about that!When we went back to our room,it was almost midnight!Although I was in a unfamiliar place,I still slept well.haha..
Day 2:
(I was almost dead on this day!!!)
Everything was good in the morning.Perfect weather for a new day!
Janet and I were the cooks for the breakfast.We cooked corn pottage.(It was fake,not real!XD...)And I fried eggs for bread.We added tuna to the bread as well.Basically,it was fine!Oh,we also read Bible before having the meal.It's still hard for me to imagine actually...
Our biggest change for today was climbing to the top of Keelung Mountian!We did it in the hottest time of the hottest season of the year!It was crazy!Although the air was fresh,we couldn't bear the hot weather at all so that we took rests for many times!Fortunately,We successfully climbed to the top!You can see how tired we were from this photo.No one was looking at the camera!I don't even know what we were doing at that time!

Susie:Damn! I will never do it again!)
However,the view from the top was really awesome!! I even saw Taipei 101!!! It was so amazing! It took us around two hours to climbed to the top.It was 11:30 when we went back the church.
We can finally have fun in the afternoon because we were going to a stream in Keelung.We went there by bus.Luckily, we had private driver drove us to the stream!lol...Janet sat on me ,for that the space wasn't enough for so many people in the car.XD...
Yay~time for having fun!!We played many games in the stream."Asa game","King game"(haha ,it's that like what you think!),"kill game"...In the end,we just dunked in the water.It was cool~haha...I haven't done this for a long time though there is a stream in front of my home as well.
How did we went back to home!?God!It tested my patience again!We'd waiting for the buses which were always "full up."That's so terrible.In the end,we decided to take train back to Taipei.Nuannuan Station is so old and ragged!The train was slow and crowded...It's so bad to stayed in the couch,so Janet and I went to another couch.We started to observe people again.haha..We couldn't help but do so.We noticed that
many people own the same bag with Janet.(colors are different)
When we got to Taipei,it was nearly 7 o'clock in the evening!!
Why do I use "先上車後補票" as the title?You guys, don't think too much.We really did so because there was nowhere to buy the train tickets at that station. !XD...So lame!
(why is there a note:南無阿彌陀佛?)
In short,it was really nice to have time to go out for two days for me.I've been stuck in a routine for days.but~the holiday was not like holiday,I was still tired!lol...
